Our half-day, pre-Summit workshops are designed to help you explore and tackle
your most pressing challenges in maximizing the value of customer insight.

To help you get the most out of these sessions, workshops are scheduled on September
12—one day before the Summit begins. You must be registered for Summit to add a
workshop to your agenda. Space is limited to the first 100 registrants and available on a
first-come, first-served basis. Workshops typically sell out before spring. We
recommend registering early to avoid disappointment.

Workshops take place at the Willard InterContinental Washington, D.C., just across from the Summit venue.

Accelerating time to value (exclusively for people considering Vision Critical)

This interactive session will help you accelerate the time to value, help you hit the ground running at kickoff, and get your community set up for success. We'll coach you through the key elements of community onboarding, building a success plan, measuring ROI, and provide ideas on how to liaise with your legal, security and procurement teams. You'll also hear from a customer who recently completed their first year with Vision Critical about their lessons learned, tips for success, and how to achieve early wins.
